"Fatal Error: Unhandled Delayload “cpprestsdk.dll” Module Not Found Exception at 8F7ECD29h" Error:
Issue: When using Skyline, this error appears and AutoCAD crashes.
Additional Information:
- This error began appearing after Office 365 updates happened in late 2022.
- The update causes a problem with exporting data to the Access database.
- This is not an issue with Skyline, as we have seen both the AutoCAD community and the Bentley community experience and work to resolve this issue.
Resolution:
1. Until Microsoft releases another update that addresses this issue, the fix that we recommend is to roll back Office 365 to version 16.0.8326.2062.
Secondary Resolution:
1. Uninstall the Access Database Drivers and reinstall them.
NOTE: While this fix works for some people, it may not be reliable for others. We recommend rolling back Office 365 if you try reinstalling the drivers and the issue persists.
