How to Fix - "Provider Cannot be Found Error"

 

"Provider Cannot be Found. It may not be properly installed." Error:

Issue: User runs into this error while walking through the DASH installation

Resolution: 

  1. Make sure that Microsoft Access Database Driver 2010 32-bit is downloaded.
    1. If you are running another Blue Sky software that requires 64-bit, make sure that on a reinstall, you install the 64-bit first, then the 32-bit.
  2. Run the DASH installation again.
