If you use the licensing service that is automatically installed upon an initial installation of Skyline, you will need to get a newer version installed from our website.
- Uninstall the Skyline Licensing Service (using the control panel).
- Download and install the Skyline Licensing Service from our Knowledge Base.
- Once the service is installed, it will automatically run in the app tray. Close out of the service.
- After closing it from the app tray, double click the desktop icon to start it up before you open AutoCAD.
- After confirming that it's now running in the app tray and pointed to the server you are pulling a license from, open up AutoCAD and Skyline.

- Open up Skyline (will appear unlicensed) DO NOT CLOSE.
- Restart the Skyline Licensing service.
- Return to CAD and verify Skyline is licensed
Resolution 4 (if above fails)
