Lightning Pro not Initializing

"Lightning Pro not initializing upon startup" Error:

Issue: When clicking the Lightning Pro icon, ArcGIS Pro begins to run, but Lightning Pro does not. 

Additional Information: 

  • The LightningPro.proConfigX file will attempt to install alongside a standard Lightning Pro installation. However, at times it gives a false positive that it has successfully installed. 

 

Resolution:

To fix this issue, the LightningPro.proConfigX file needs to run again. 

  1. Path to the following folder:
    1. C:\Program Files\Blue Sky Evolution, LLC\Lightning Pro
  2. Locate and run the LightningPro.proConfigX configuration file. 
  3. After the configuration file is installed, run Lightning Pro again, and it will initialize alongside ArcGis Pro
