The Data Quality Overview Tool provides an in-depth look at your entire project and all the files that have been uploaded to it by tracking spread completion by date, all files uploaded, and reporting a pass or fail of the project's data based on your set threshold for errors.
Project Data
The Project Data lists the project's name, project's projection, database name, project manager overseeing operations, and the pass percentage threshold.
Project Performance
Project Performance displays an visual representation of miles surveyed over a date range of the user's choosing; this value will be displayed in blue. Another line on the graph will represent the quality of the data portrayed, which will be yellow.
Daily Distance Requirements
This tool allows for a graphical view of the daily distance requirements set by an administrator, and whether they are being met.
Progress Report
The Progress Report displays all spreads on your selected project in a color key. This key corresponds to the accompanying completion graph and the map within the Progress Report. The completion graph tracks the progress of each spread over time in a 0%-100% format. Progress can be viewed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. These spreads are view-able in the map.
Report Card
The Report Card aggregates survey data from all uploaded files and reports back a pass or fail of the entire project's data bank. The pass and fail is dictated by the set threshold you've set. The errors are displayed in a table showing type and quantity. A pie chart displays percentages of all error codes.
File Information
This table displays file information, all individual file's errors by code, and weather analytics attached to each respective file. Each file can be downloaded from this table. To view additional information on a file, click that file's line in the table, then click File Details at the top right of the screen. This will allow you to view uploader information and error graphs for your chosen file. You can return to the Project Tool main screen by clicking Project Data in the top right of the screen.
Spread Information
Spread name, ID, begin station, and end station can be viewed in the Spread Information.
